C or B . LENGTH: 7 miles with 600 ft descent (one way) at a moderate pace, or 14 miles RT at a medium pace.

Meet at 9 am at the Aspen Corner trailhead on Snowbowl Road (FR 516) in Flagstaff. Join us for an easy stretch of the Arizona Trail that rolls across high meadows with knock-out views, through towering groves of aspen, and is loomed over by the bulk of Humphreys Peak. Les will lead the one-way hike to a vehicle parked on FR 418. At a faster pace, Joyce will lead the RT hike. From start to finish this stretch of the AZ Trail is incredibly beautiful. Bring sunscreen, hat, boots, plenty of water, & snacks. Bring a lunch for the RT hike. Cost to non-members is $5. Guests and new members should contact the hike leader prior to the hike. AzOTC members need not call ahead.
