Meet at 8:00 am (depart at 8:15) at the Park-and-Ride on the south side of Bell Rd., just west of I-17. Some of us will meet next door at Denny’s at approx. 7:15 am for breakfast. This is a casual 4X4 run with occasional stops, photo ops and a side trip to visit Pueblo la Plata ruins (with 100+ rooms), plus two abandoned cabins/ranches within a couple miles. Not too technical but requires 4X4 with adequate clearance. Fill up the tank and come out for a fun day, taking up most of the day. We plan to stop on the return for libations and food at the Road Runner Restaurant in New River. The adventure will be canceled if the weather or roads are bad. Call Leaders to sign up and with any questions regarding vehicle suitability, room for riders, etc. Bring sunscreen, hat, boots, plenty of water, snacks and $$ for carpool. Children and well behaved outdoor dogs are welcome. Cost to non-members is $5.
