Call or email leader for meeting time and place for this lush hike just north of Payson.

We'll be skirting the perimeter of Geronimo Boy Scout camp for the first mile or so while at the same time enjoying the pine shaded forest. Once past the camp we transition to a fascinating streamside hike, hugging the banks of East Webber Creek for the remainder of our hike. There will be a few creek crossings by either stone hopping or walking on fallen logs. For the adventurous, there is an optional (and tough) bushwack for an additional half mile to a spring that flows over green grasses to the creek below.

Hiking sticks suggested for creek crossings. Also bring a minimum of 2 quarts of water and snacks/lunch.

Cost to non-members is $5.
