Meet at 3:45 pm (depart at 4:00) at the Park-and-Ride on south side of Bell Rd, just west of I-17. If you are not driving, you will be leaving your car overnight.

Harvest moon over Flagstaff! Join "Missed the Turn" Mark and the intrepid Mindy for a night hike along the AZ Trail/Bismark Lake so we may savor starlight and moonlight! An alternate location will be the Campbell Mesa Trail System in Flagstaff. We will go to Flagstaff, allow everyone to check in to their hotels/tents, possibly meet for dinner, and then drive up the Snow Bowl Road to the line of departure. Wear casual non-hiking clothing initially for dinner if you wish and then change later. Headlamps or other illumination required. Bring night vision equipment if you have it. Be prepared for Fall conditions and luminous face paint! Once complete, we will get folks back to their lodgings, work out breakfast and drive back plans. Optional second hike or Flagstaff Adventure Course events on Sunday. Weather precautions may apply. Cost to non-members is $5 and... if you don't like the dark, please join me for a different hike.
