Meet at 7:30 am (depart at 7:45) at the CVS Pharmacy on the NW corner of Brown & Ellsworth Roads in Mesa (exit off 101 Freeway and drive east on Brown Rd.) or meet me at Usery Park’s Wind Cave Trailhead parking area at 8:00 (have county hiking pass or pay $6 per vehicle entrance fee). Wildflowers? I did this hike on March 19th and there was a fabulous display. Lets hope the flowers wait for us. This is a good loop hike with views of the Goldfield Mountains, Four Peaks, and the Superstition Mountains. Mostly good trail conditions. It might be a warm day, so bring plenty of water, sunscreen, hat, boots, and snack or lunch. Cost to non-members is $5.
