Seven Springs/Cave Creek Trailhead Hike

Meet at 7:15 am (depart 7:30) at the Park-n-Ride, SW corner of I-17 and Bell Road. Join us on a leisurely paced loop hike on the Skunk Tank, Cottonwood, and Cave Creek trailhead system located in the AZ Upland Phase of the Sonoran Desert. It is a riparian area with sycamore, cottonwood, willow, ash, and hackberry trees. Dramatic views of Skunk Tank Canyon and Quien Sabe Peak. Dinner afterward in Cave Creek. Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, electrolytes, snack or lunch, and wear sturdy hiking boots. Bring a golden age pass if you have one. Cost to non-members is $5. Guests and new members should contact the hike leader prior to the hike.
